On the CASH4LIFE ticket, how is it possible to have the same number twice on one line?Since you select five numbers from 1 through 60 and one Cash Ball number from 1 through 4, it is possible to repeat a number for your Cash Ball number. The letters 'CB' will indicate the Cash Ball number on your ticket. No. Florida CASH4LIFE tickets may only be purchased from the Florida Lottery through terminals at authorized Florida Lottery retailers. Although CASH4LIFE is sold in other states, each state can only sell CASH4LIFE within their state.13. How do you win CASH4LIFE?During the CASH4LIFE drawing, five white balls (numbered 1 through 60) and one green Cash Ball (numbered 1 through 4) are randomly selected. Players win the top prize of $1,000 a Day for Life by matching, in any order, the five numbers drawn from the first set of balls and the Cash Ball drawn from the second set. The second prize of $1,000 a Week for Life is won by matching, in any order, the five numbers drawn from the first set of balls.Players can win other great CASH4LIFE prizes, ranging from a free ticket to $2,500, by matching some, but not all, of the winning numbers drawn.14. Top prize must be claimed within the first 60 days after the winning draw to select the Cash Option payment.The annual payment option paid to a sole winner shall be $1,000 a Day for Life paid in annual installments of $365,000 based on the measuring life of the winner (no less than 20 years), each less applicable withholding taxes.18. Can I claim a Florida CASH4LIFE winning ticket in another CASH4LIFE state?No. All prizes must be claimed in the state where the winning ticket was sold.21. When do Florida CASH4LIFE tickets expire?Florida CASH4LIFE tickets expire 180 days from the winning draw date, just like all other Draw games offered by the Florida Lottery.22. What happens to the money if a CASH4LIFE top prize ticket is won in Florida but is not claimed?At the end of the winning state's claim period (180 days in Florida), the funds to pay a top prize that goes unclaimed will be returned to the lottery members in their proportion of sales.In Florida, 80 percent of all unclaimed top prizes are transferred to the Educational Enhancement Trust Fund to benefit education in the state.23. What happens if a CASH4LIFE top prize or second prize winner dies before all payments have been made?The CASH4LIFE annual payment option prize will go into the deceased winner's estate if the minimum 20 annual payments have not been fulfilled. Annual prize payments can continue to be paid to heirs, or the annual payment option may be cashed out by the winner's estate.
